Don Palmer Returns & Refunds 

All items are custom-made to order using either print or embroidery. We only accept 

Returns or refunds if:

• The item arrives damaged, faulty, or has a printing/embroidery defect 
• The wrong product or design was sent 

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or give a full refund.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or colour choice. Please check the size guide before ordering.
